Terms of Service

USER AGREEMENT

By reading this Terms of Service, both client and artist agreed on to follow the rules listed below.
Artist may decline or cancel any order that don't follow ToS.

GENERAL

1. Don’t feed or use commissioned artwork to any AI Image Generator. This included using any progress of artist send to client. Start from sketch to final artwork.
2. Don’t use commissioned artwork for block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency.
3. 50% from total price needed to be paid upfront before sketch.
4. Every transaction will be recorded by invoice. To make sure both party have a transaction document.
5. All commission for personal use only, not accepting commercial service for now.
6. Work progress will be update periodically, via email or via discord.
7. Final artwork can be used as artist social media promotion material with a heavy watermark on each piece, unless client request for final product to be NDA. Additional charge will need to be discuss.

COMMISSION

Commission will progress slowly since I still have a fulltime job on weekday. Each work estimated around 1-2 weeks to finish. Artist active hour: GMT/UTC: +07:00Accept

- Any Ship is ok (as long as it’s SFW)
Don't Accept
- Offensive stuff (homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, racism etc.)
- Mecha
- Gore
- NSFW
- Asked to draw in another artist art style
- Asked to trace another artist artwork
NOTE: Complex design (Ex armor, detailed pattern, design that need lot of time to polish) will be charged differently from standard price.Each progress will be send to client with a watermark.

REFERENCES

Client must provide a reference.
Reference included subject you want to request, any related info, pose or sketch from client. Client will be charged with additional price if there’s no reference is provided.
Since research is taking time and resources.Client can provide reference by this format:
1. Online/offline document or a PDF File.
2. Online access folder I could access with (ex google drive, etc)
3. PureRef file
4. Any reference format that I as an artist can easily access and please make sure it can be open.

ORDERING

1. Filling out commission request form, link on my carrd.
2. After potential client filled the form, artist will contact by e-mail or discord within 2x24 hours.
3. After artist send a confirmation via email or discord, potential client can explain in more detail.
4. After both side agreed, artist will send an invoice for down payment (1st payment) 50% from total price to client. Client need to confirm and send the 1st payment within 3x24 hours.
5. If client can't pay within the time limit, artist will cancel the order.
6. After artist confirmed the payment, client will be asked to send reference as explained in Reference ToS.
7. Invoice will be send two (2) times. 1st for Down Payment and 2nd for Final Payment. Invoice for Final Payment will be asked before artist send the final complete file.
8. Final File will contain psd files and png without watermark.

Payment

Down Payment will need to be done before artist send first sketch.
Down Payment is 50% of total price.
Client need to pay within 3x24 hours after artist send a confirmation email with invoice included in the mail.
Down Payment email will only be send after client and artist agreed on project review and commission price have been settled.

- GopayFor Final Payment, artist will ask for rest of the payment after revision and feedback been finalized. Final file won't be given before client send the receipt for rest of payment. Confirmation process will be the same as Down Payment part.

Refund

Client will be inform if by chance I as an artist cannot finish commission on time or have an issues that need to be handle that make delivery date late based on deal between artist and client. Refund can be discuss.
If the client want to cancel commission when Down Payment already paid, artist will only refund half amount from Down Payment client have been paid.Client can ask for commission detail before decide to order by filling out Commission Request Form.

Revision & Feedback

Amount of default revision will be different on each project. Check detail in each commission posted image. There may be slight differences between artist samples and the illustration client will receive.
By standard, each step of progress there will be 1 revision that client can be use.
Step Detail:
Sketch (1 revision), Coloring (1 revision), Final File (1 revision)Additional revision will get charge by:
-25.000 IDR (Local/Indonesia) each extra revision
-5$ (international) each extra revisionRevision won't be accepted if:
-Client want to change the original character after coloring step.
-Client want a revision after final file being send or transaction have been finished.
-Make artist altered art style which don't have any similar with samples artist provided.NOTE: Don't feel shy to give any feedback or ask for revision. As the client have right to ask for a change or give any feedback.
There're many cases when the client feel disappointed with their commission piece because a lack of communication between artist and client.

Final Product

Final Product will be send to client included:
- PSD Files with character and background in separated layer.
- PNG or JPEG file if the client want to use for print or digital.
- Artist will send a google drive link including the final product to a client and will be given 2 weeks to access and download the file. Please let me know if client happened need an extension or change range of time that have been agreed on.
- Artist cannot guarantee keeping the final product file outside of time limit against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
- Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
-Inappropriate and/or non constructive comment after commission period may result in blacklisting.
